After I updated, I can't use my bank account. There is money in there.

Poor customer service and not responding to emails and message sir providing proper replies to address the issue
My account was suspended without me receiving any notification. I only found out when I tried to purchase an airline ticket since I had not used the account since June and had funds available.
I have tried messaging them and they only say it's passed to the relevant department and they will contact me as soon as possible, but this has been the case since July 4th to date. I have emailed them continuously and they have not responded to give me an update after their initial email, which I received on Friday, July 5th at 08:29 am stating my account will be unlocked within 48 hours. Today it's been 9 days and nothing has been done, nor have I been given a reply. I have informed them of my situation and seriousness but they are not bothered to reply.
I think they are discriminating against me due to me being Asian or due to my race or religion. This customer service is very poor, appalling, and disgusting; they don't care about their customers.

Nu este legal să îmi închideți contul fără să îmi pot recupera măcar banii.
